Description
This position aims to enforce best administrative practices across telematics and fleet management systems.

It involves driving strategic development goals, maintaining customer-oriented service, and aligning actions with the company's vision within the administrator support division.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide support and maintain sustainable relationships with Equipment customers.
  • Collaborate closely with customer operations to ensure effective resolution of enquiries and queries, aligning with customer expectations.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer experience and satisfaction are consistently achieved.
  • Meet all customer expectations and deliverables, particularly concerning valueadded services.
  • Gather customer intelligence by comprehensively understanding their business, key drivers, plans, concerns, and perceptions of Equipment as a preferred supplier.
  • Proficient understanding of the I-SITE system is essential.
  • Ability to interpret I-SITE fitment guides and instructions effectively.
  • Timely resolution of customer telematics issues, whether I-SITE or FMX related.
  • Actively listen to and address I-SITE or FMX complaints, ensuring necessary actions are taken for resolution and machine reporting.
  • Support Sales departments in the activation process for I-SITE and/or FMX at customer sites.
  • Skillfully engage customers to gather necessary user and driver details for activation.
  • Collaborate with Aftermarket PSR and Managers regarding 0% Utilization machines at customer sites.
  • Ensure accuracy of data in the portal, including contact details, machine information, and customer data.
  • Perform precise diagnosis and troubleshooting for equipment breakdowns, particularly in managing abuserelated impacts.

Must have the following:


  • Matric, Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

Qualification in IT Computer Sciences, Telematics, Customer Services, prerequisite for this role. Autoline, CRM databases, other ERP Systems advantageous.

  • Minimum length of experience in Telematics, Vehicle tracking, Fleet management systems 3 years and over.

Autoline Experience is a key requirement for this role.

  • Experience in MHE Industry preferred but not essential.
  • Microsoft Office Competence, Word, Excel, Power Point, a prerequisite

Understanding the overall telematics ecosystem with a focus on accelerating customer success, business growth, and driving product adoption

  • Demonstrate expert knowledge across customer audiences, targeting, and marketing business value adds. Driver's License Code
  • Monitor and advise on machine operational functionality on the web portal

Ability to carry out job costing through Autoline for site based account

Demonstrated experience in managing web portals related to Telemetry and Telematics.

Education:


  • Certificate (preferred)
