Description
Offer technical support across all product groups but with the main focus on IMA

Support customers telephonically and on site

Assist customers with PLC Programming and Communication protocols

Set up all product training boards

Monitor and maintain training boards

Assist in setting up training days

To provide technical support to the Sales Staff, Customers, System Integrators

Qualification

Technical qualification (N5 or higher) in Electrical Engineering

Experience

5 years relevant technical experience

PLC Programming experience

Must have had practical exposure to Industrial networking and communication systems


Skills:

Must have extensive knowledge of our focus industries and markets

Knowledge of defined industries relevant to the Sub Sahara regions (mining, telecoms, power, food& beverage, agriculture)

Competencies

Will need to work in a diverse cultural environment

Would perform well in a team environment

Needs to be able to work independently

Be able to operate under pressure

Would require a strong customer service ethic

Be proficient both spoken and written in English
