Structure, Grade & Reporting Job grade/level S6 Business Unit CSO Department Commercial Position reports to Specialist: Sales Liaison Span of Control N/A Core DescriptionAttend to all cases and resolve independently or with the assistance of 3rd Parties/CRM software support.
Respond timeously to cases logged.
Maintain certification/system training as required.
Prepare various reports for management on a daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis
Identify and implement ongoing system improvements.
Maintain and improve system integrity

3 years' relevant experience.
The experience must include relevant exposure to the ICT sector, experience working in commercial or financial departments and experience in Sales Force, BCX billing systems and hierarchies, and BCX SAP.
CRM knowledge and experience is required.
