Introduction
Our client within the manufactruing sector is looking for a Trade Tested Electrician to join their maintenance team.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Attend to breakdowns and carry out maintenance on plant machinery.
  • Ensure maximum plant availability by being proactive.
  • Carry out projects as requested by Manager.
  • Ensure the safety of people and plant machinery.
  • Adhere to company safety procedures.
  • Identify and report all potential risks associated with maintenance of machinery

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Grade 12 /Matric with Mathematics
  • Trade tested Electrician
  • Relevant tertiary (N) qualification advantageous
  • Electronics qualification advantageous
  • Pneumatics qualification advantageous
  • Experience in a similar role
  • PLC experience
  • Be willing to work shifts, overtime, and callouts
  • Ability to work independently
