    Description
    .Job summary:
    Prepare coils within the Industrial coil manufacturing section to achieve business delivery targets.

    Technical responsibilities:
    • Wash and dry stainless-steel tubes and coils
    • Prepare coils for welding.
    • Apply Acid Pickling and passivation as per SOP.
    • Assist with general supporting functions within the Welding section.
    • Use power tools including Grinder, Drills, Rivet guns etc.
    • Fill required ISO documentation daily.

    Health and Safety:
    • Promote and maintain awareness and compliance of health and safety in accordance with Company policy
    • Ensure the Companys health and safety policies are always adhered to.
    • Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy working environment is maintained.
    • Think, Plan and Do the right thing, all the time, every time
    Quality Control:
    • ISO requirements are met and maintained
    • Company and Clients quality standards are complied with
    • Finished goods are checked and found to be correct, complete, and compliant prior to handover to
    • following department
    • Rectification and/or repair of non-conforming product as a priority
    • Non-conformance incidents are reported.
