Description

Main Purpose:

To effectively manage and be accountable for all areas within the Sales Environment whilst ensuring best practices are conducted via CRM down to Oracle.

Key Performance Areas

Responsible for the successful execution of sales & margin budgets within customer timelines
Building a structure and processes to support the Industrial Sales Model (Accredited Re-Sellers)
Strategic customer liaison, business incubator / new business enabler
Measurement and management of new inquiries, quotes generated & order intake per plan
CRM Sales Management
Effectively manage the sales team whilst ensuring (Walk in Inquiry, Building)

Duties & Responsibilities

Accountable for sales budgets and margins
Providing commercial & technical support to aftermarket + technical sales teams
Strategic key accounts business enabler, accelerating new business & nurture current business
Developing quality sales via our Accredited Re-Sellers, Strategic Key Acc, End Users and Niche

markets defined

Guidance and management of the sales team
Develop robust plans and processes for efficient functioning of the sales team
Manage pipeline inquiries, leads from CRM.
Other "ad-hoc" functions within the IAF division as required

Minimum Requirements

Mechanical Eng / Commercial Degree or Equivalent
At least 5year experience in commercial management sales (Filtration Industry Advantage)
Sound business acumen with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Good understanding of Project and contract management
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision
