Core Description

Responsible for conducting industry and business environmental scans, to assist the business to keep in line with prioritising business capabilities that are enabling for growth, also responsible for leading capability maturity assessments to identify opportunities for better alignment or enhancement of the BCX capability landscape.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

  • Perform regulatory, market, industry and economic trends analysis, aligned with the growth strategy of the business and tracks the BCX strategic aspirations
  • Create a blueprint that defines the way in which the various business units in in BCX are integrated
  • Leads administration of scheduled periodic business capability assessments across the BCX capability landscape and ensures a baseline is readily available for business stakeholders
  • Responsible for driving continuous improvement activities to enhance and optimise the capability landscape.
  • Responsible for gathering information and input on business initiatives that may impact the capability landscape from business units and assessing extent of impact
  • Support socialisation of the BCX capability landscape and conduct regular engagement with the business units and HR
  • Organisational Design teams to ensure alignment with the organisational structure and ways of working
  • Conducts presentation of baseline capability landscape and changes to the leaders in the business Functional Skills
