Alibaba Delivery Centre Reports To Executive:
Alibaba Channel and Pre Sales (M4) Grade S4
Core Description
Develop solutions in accordance with business requirements and operational and service level agreements. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
Contribute to the DPS Alibaba Delivery Centre Business Unit Strategy and Operational Model

Accountable for producing complex, often multiple business unit solutions that meet the required levels of quality and standards within negotiated and agreed service levels, operational level agreements or contracts.

Accountable for developing and presenting winning solution proposals including inter alia solution strategy, architecture and design, and pricing that meets client requirements and aligns with the DPS Alibaba Delivery Centre strategy
Identify and mitigating Technology, Commercial and Delivery risks in proposed solutions.

Engage with external clients, along with BCX sellers, to understand and shape client strategy and requirements and subsequently presenting solution proposals to those clients.

Participate in client or vendor contract negotiations where required.
Participate in deal qualification or selection processes
Collaborate with and facilitating efficient engagement between and within BCX Divisions
7 years' experience in solution architecture, of which 2 years at a senior level
Or

If the highest qualification is grade 12, 9 years' experience in solution architecture, of which at least 2 years on management level.

Certifications Relevant Certification will be an advantage Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control
