Description

The French Parfumerie is currently seeking a Sales Representative to contribute to the long-term growth and profitability of our brand and company's sales department.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for building strong relationships with our existing as well as new Stockists, including supermarkets, pharmacies, retail outlets.

A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential for this role.

REQUIREMENTS:
A tertiary qualification in sales and/or marketing would be advantageous. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role would be advantageous. Existing trade contacts within the hospitality industry as well as supermarkets, retail outlets, and eco lodges/spas is highly desirable.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in computer usage Excellent customer relationship management abilities. Effective planning and execution of weekly and monthly call cycles to achieve optimal market coverage. External sales representation, including merchandising, promotions, and pricing. Maintaining and servicing existing clients, processing orders, and handling merchandising. Proactively developing new business opportunities. Strong prospecting skills to identify and engage with new clients. Meeting and exceeding sales targets. Timeous completion of all administrative tasks. Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight (as required by the territory).

Desired Skills:
Experience in face-to-face sales. Retail sales experience. Proven ability to acquire new customers. Strong sales development skills. Ability to prospect new customers. Competitive basic salary with commission structure.

This will also be a role that reports directly to the Sales Manager and GM of the Company and assist with admin tasks on a weekly basis.

Salary:
R10, R14,000.00 per month
