Minimum requirements for the role:

Must have a tertiary qualification in Agriculture
Must have completed a Crop Life / BASOS certification
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role will be required
Knowledge and understanding of the GHS, and Act 36 and guidelines are important
Must have a good understanding of biological research and be able to do repetitive work for long periods, with attention to detail.
Must have good communication skills (verbal and written), and exercise a high degree of selfdiscipline, confidentiality and demonstrative initiative.
Assisting with export registration dossiers.
Liaising with regulatory Departments and industry bodies (RSA & abroad) and attending relevant meetings.
Keeping abreast of international agrichemical regulatory developments.
Assisting with general office management.
Complying with all Integrated Management Systems (IMS) systems, policies, and procedures including but not limited to all Safety, Health, Environment, Risk, and Quality (SHERQ) related matters.
Ensuring that all safety incidents, near misses, and any other abnormal observations and/or events are immediately reported.
Participating in various company meetings and reporting to management on performance and KPIs.
Completing any other reasonable instructions or tasks allocated by the Regulatory Manager, R&D Manager, and/or any other senior manager.
