Are you a seasoned investment professional seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact? Our client, a reputable Development Finance Institution, is currently seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager for their Eastern Cape division, based in East London.

Maximizing the empowerment dividend is at the core of this role, with a focus on investing in Black empowered businesses that offer significant employment opportunities.

You will play a key role in increasing the participation of Black Women in the economy, ensuring diversity and inclusivity in investment decisions.

Additionally, you will optimize non-financial support initiatives, spearheading regional marketing efforts, updating strategies, and fostering a culture aligned with the organization's mission.

Financial efficiency and sustainability are paramount, requiring meticulous portfolio monitoring, credit control, and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Your leadership will be crucial in driving operational excellence, ensuring adherence to systems and procedures, and providing effective administrative support.

To excel in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of SA corporate law, SME funding environments, and BBB-EE financing markets.

Your track record in deal origination, risk analysis, and team management will be essential, along with exceptional communication and strategic planning skills.

Essential qualifications include a B Com, B Com (Hons), CFA, CA (SA), MBA, or B. Engineering degree, while a post-graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or Auditing is preferred.
