    Group Admin and Finance Manager - R75 000 to R Per Month CTC - Maitland, Cape Town - Starting Date Immediately

    Are you a financially astute individual with a penchant for managing diverse portfolios? An opportunity awaits to lead the financial and administrative domains of a Group of Companies, comprising a packaging manufacturing entity and a property investment portfolio. We''''re seeking an individual with a strong learning mindset and a proactive attitude toward their work.

    Essential Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

    Tertiary certification (University Degree not mandatory)

    Experience in managing accounts and administrative teams

    Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

    Familiarity with Pastel Accounting and/or Sage300 systems

    Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines

    Strong interpersonal and managerial skills across departments

    Capability to work remotely, if required

    Reliable transportation to the workplace

    Sample of Duties and Responsibilities:

    Overseeing invoicing, supplier management, and payment authorization

    Managing bank statements and accounting system entries

    Compiling management accounts and cash flow reports

    Handling staff records, VAT submissions, and SARS filings

    Coordinating audits and property-related queries

    Streamlining administrative and accounting processes

    Engaging in contract negotiations and financial transactions

    Directing administrative, accounting, and office teams

    Additional Responsibilities:

    Supporting business growth initiatives

    Creating market studies and capital investment documentation

    Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders

    Coordinating board meetings and financial reporting

    Facilitating disciplinary procedures and budget activities

    Ensuring timely payments and contract agreements

    Delegating tasks and supervising departmental staff
