  • Attending to patient referrals in the various wards
  • Working as part of the multidisciplinary team to assist patients
  • Referring patients to in community support for on-going care and support
  • Referring and working with Social development, and other community organizations for child protection, elderly care and drug rehabilitation, placement for the elderly and homeless
  • Patient reunification, tracing patients family, family interventions and family counselling and mediation sessions
  • Case work, and managing patient folders
  • Therapeutic counselling
  • End of life counselling
  • Running education campaigns in the hospital community
  • Group work, running groups in the hospital environment on various topics
  • Developing a program for 30 days of activism to run at the hospital
  • Volunteering in the COVID-19 Vaccine hospital
