    Description
    Melomed Hospital Holdings has the following vacancy available based at their Head Office in Kenilworth

    Key Outputs:
    Manage the switchboard
    Answer incoming calls promptly
    Transfer calls to the required extensions
    Handle telephonic queries/enquiries
    Take messages and distribute it to the relevant staff
    Make calls for Executive Directors and screen their telephone calls
    Attend to visitors entering reception
    Locate and inform staff of visitors
    Arrange refreshments for visitors when required
    Manage boardroom bookings
    Phone courier service for collections when required
    Adhoc office duties

    Requirements:
    Matric

    • 2 years switchboard/reception experience
    Good communication skills
    Computer literacy is essential
