Customer Care Position x2
We are looking for a motivated Insurance Customer Care agent to join our dynamic Customer Care team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain, manage, and grow relationships with customers.
- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Updating the relevant systems with accurate information.
- Behave with great professionalism.
- Keep accurate record of own work activities.
Preferred Qualification and Experience:
- Matric/ Grade 12 essential.
- 23 years' Customer Care experience.
- Computer literacy skills (Microsoft office).
- Insurance knowledge and understanding is a must.
- RE5 is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of call center systems, processes, and business operational rules.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Clear credit and criminal record.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cape Town,
Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- insurances Customer service: 2 years (required)
