Customer Care Position x2
We are looking for a motivated Insurance Customer Care agent to join our dynamic Customer Care team.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Maintain, manage, and grow relationships with customers.
  • Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Updating the relevant systems with accurate information.
  • Behave with great professionalism.
  • Keep accurate record of own work activities.

Preferred Qualification and Experience:


  • Matric/ Grade 12 essential.
  • 23 years' Customer Care experience.
  • Computer literacy skills (Microsoft office).
  • Insurance knowledge and understanding is a must.
  • RE5 is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of call center systems, processes, and business operational rules.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Clear credit and criminal record.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cape Town,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:

- insurances Customer service: 2 years (required)
