    The goals of the Richards Bay Minerals Disability Opportunities are as follows:

  • Cultivate a qualified pool of talented individuals for key positions within Richards Bay Minerals' core business areas.
  • Provide avenues for both unemployed and employed professionals with disabilities, possessing the necessary qualifications, to enhance their competencies in the mining sector.
  • Establish opportunities for early talent living with disabilities, including final-year students, graduates, participants in learnerships and internships, as well as bursary recipients.

    • Minimum requirements

  • This opportunity is exclusively available to individuals with documented disabilities. Thus, applicants must provide a medical certificate confirming their disability from a licensed medical professional.
  • Applicants must possess either a tertiary qualification (such as an N3 or N2), or a Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics Core and Physical Science subjects.
  • Proficiency in computer skills is advantageous.
