Purpose:


The companys Head Office seeks a Senior Specialist: HC Business Partner to manage and deliver the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function


Senior Specialist:
HC Business Partner manages the administration of the HR policies, processes, and procedures. This role touches over all aspects of the HR lifecycle in the organization.


Role Responsibilities:

Provide advice and guidance on HC matters to effectively support the business.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR Strategies and initiatives.


Implement HC solutions in partnership with the Executive: HCBP
Drive the implementation of HC practices and processes to educate employees and line managers.
Responsible for delivering a tracking system to report on HR activities and identify trends and areas for intervention.
Assist with managing and coordinating the on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
Ensure effective record keeping of all HR information.
Responsible for administering the disciplinary and grievance hearing processes.
Provide advice and guidance on all company benefits.
Ensure that HC documentation is timeously and accurately submitted to the relevant stakeholders.
Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback, and provides exceptional client service.

Create a positive work climate and culture to energize employees, give meaning to work, minimize work disruption, and maximize employee productivity.

Demonstrate exemplary behaviour, commitment, and dedication in support of organizational values.
Manage HR administration across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of all payroll-related documentation.
Drive Employee participation on all HR events e.g., Wellness Day
Provide inputs in the development of Workplace Skills Plan (WSP)
Assist with the administration learning and development initiatives and systems.
Coordinate learning requirements/opportunities that will enable strategic objectives delivery.
Assist with internal and statutory reporting requirements as required, which may include L&D, EE and SETA reports.
Support and assist with initiatives to ensure continued compliance with legislation.
Facilitate/coordinate initiatives and education sessions related to employee wellness and employee benefits.
Coordinate the performance management processes.
Assists with the development of the HR calendar and rollout of the specific interventions.
Ensure employee communication platform is up to date with all necessary HC forms and policies, relevant HC information.


Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelors degree in human resources or related (essential).
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HR administration and recruitment as a Coordinator (essential).
Experience in the preparation and submission of statutory reports (EE, WSP/ATR) is essential.
Proven experience in Learning and Development, Employee Engagement and Employee Wellness
