Job description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Training and Develeopment team based at our Rosebank Head Office.
The purpose of the role is to contribute to meeting the objectives of the Cartrack Academy through facilitation, assessment and whilst at the same time ensuring complience with the SETA
Minimum requirements
National Senior Certificate/ Grade 1
Relevent Business Diploma
Registered Assessor / Moderator with Service SETA
Qualified as an SME with QCTO for qualification relating to service SETA
Facilitation, Assessment and Moderation experience relating to Service SETA qualification at NQ4/5 Level
Previous managment experience within business at a senior level
Strong attention to detail
Strong level of EQ and Assertiveness
