We are looking for a talented Systems Analyst to join our Digital team.


This is a very independent role and requires the individual to be self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

The projects are broad, and you will work closely with business stakeholders, product, and technical teams.

The ability to create strong working relationships with diverse groups of individuals will be paramount to success in the role.


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Identifying business stakeholders, building strong working relationships and earning their trust
  • Collaborating with project (initiative) leads to determine initial project scope and vision
  • Collaborating with technical teams in order to bridge gap between business owner requirements and product development. Being able to communicate project/product deliverables clearly between these two.
  • Collaborating with project teams to assist with project scope queries that may arise, helping them to achieve client satisfaction and project delivery
  • Gathering, understanding, and translating business requirements from various initiatives, and unpacking them into easily understandable work packages where required.
  • Providing project leads with accurate and measurable estimates and outputs for business analysis deliverables (Good budgeting skills)
  • Provide expertise to assist project leads and internal customer groups in identifying opportunities to maximize business value from existing and or new technology
  • Review and assess current software systems and build plans to improve any of the system's shortcomings or errors

Skills ,qualifications and Experience:


  • BCom Information Systems (Systems Analysis/Business Analysis or other relevant qualification)
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in implementing ITrelated projects, which involve multiple activities and streams of people from both IT and business teams
  • Experience in working with remote and distributed teams
  • Strong Data Analysis skills
  • Business Process Modelling
  • Understanding how to document business process modelling
  • Design thinking approach
  • Managing and taking the lead on Software Development Projects
  • Providing Technical input on tender requirements and specifications
  • Technical/User Requirement specifications
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Good communication skills are required, cross discipline interaction with various technical teams
  • Programming Experience required ie : C#, python
  • Unified Modelling Language (UML)
  • BPMN Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • The ability to be flexible, agile and dynamic as the nature of projects requires a multidisciplined approach to product and project delivery.
  • Technology development background will be advantageous
  • Azure Devops will be advantageous

  • Having digitally inclined behaviour, the senior project manager will be able to leverage digital technologies to improve project performance and drive innovation in the construction industry
