Are you a marketing professional looking to advance your career with a top-tier real estate fund?


Our client, a leading South African Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) develops, owns and manages large portfolios of commercial, industrial and retail assets both locally and into Africa.

They are currently looking for a proactive, creative and meticulous Marketing Manager to join their team at one of their Retail Centres in the North West Province.


Based in the vibrant town of Potchefstroom, reporting directly into the General Manager and Head of Marketing, the marketing manager is responsible for the implementation of the overall marketing strategy of the centre.

Creating exceptional customer experience through all marketing related activities.


Typical duties will include:

  • Strategy & Budgeting
  • Brand Management
  • Event planning and Management
  • Social Media oversight and management
  • Promotion court rentals & sundry sales
  • Tenant training & assistance in their marketing objectives
  • Supplier engagement & payments
  • Research & monthly reporting
  • Management of Guest Relations Officers
