Responsibilities:

- _Provide Thought Leadership and establish the Change Management Approach_
- _Develop appropriate Change Management & Communication Strategies and Plans (plans to include a variety of communication channels to create awareness)_
- _Assess the change impact and complete change management assessments (CIAs) as required_
- _Develop a Stakeholder Engagement Plan_
- _Manage and coach Project Change Managers_

Requirements:

Current Mining industry best practice knowledge. Experience in Change Management in the Mining sector.
810 years' experience as a change manager on large scale technology projects.
Project management methodologies such as Agile and Prince II, to map Change Management initiatives accordingly.
Relevant management and business change techniques such as business process modelling and reengineering, training techniques.
Change Management principles, methodologies and tools; experience with Prosci ADKAR Model.
