Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing direction and support.
- Conduct code reviews, SonarQube analysis, and oversee Coding Governance processes.
- Implement and champion Agile software development methodologies.
- Foster a DevOps culture to streamline development and operational processes.
- Serve as a Certified Scrum Master, facilitating Scrum events and ensuring team adherence to Agile principles.
Requirements:
- Experience in the mining industry is a plus.
- Undergraduate qualification (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in the relevant IM discipline.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Proven working experience in managing software developers and other technical resources.
- Proficient in code reviews, SonarQube analysis, and Coding Governance overview and process management.
- Strong experience in Agile software development and Scrum methodologies.
- DevOps proficiency, ensuring seamless integration of development and operations.
- Certified Scrum Master.
