    Description

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our clients dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client accounts, ensuring that their digital marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly and achieve desired results. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client relationship management and digital marketing strategies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts to foster long-term business relationships.
    • Support the account management team in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, SEO, PPC, and content, to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns and other marketing efforts, interpreting analytics to determine effectiveness and areas for improvement.
    • Participate in client meetings and assist in the preparation of presentations and pitches.
    • Help manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
    • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
    • Assist in upselling or cross-selling services and solutions across the client base.

    Skills:

    • Skills in analytics and leveraging digital tools to assess campaign performance.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management software.
    • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics; AdWords or similar tools.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Previous experience (1-2 years) in account management, sales, or marketing preferred, particularly within the digital marketing or advertising sector.
    • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
