B2B Sales Executive sought for multi-service group.


Already employing over 10,000 people across their cleaning, security, parking management and catering businesses, our client has the national footprint which will support exponential growth based on additional clients.

They are looking to recruit a sales executive to join a cross-function sales team; breaking down doors at large corporates, mining companies or any organisation which has the need to keep their facilities clean, secure & accessible.

Based in their Cape Town office, you will enjoy the support of regional and national GM's who can help you to secure your pipeline.

Working with your marketing team, your role will ensure that bespoke presentations are made at the right level, and that your potential client's needs are fully unpacked and so fully addressed in the proposals and quotations which you will prepare.

Expect regular travel in the region and a high pressure environment in a competitive market. Also expect high rewards for sales which exceed your minimum targets.


In time this is set to grow into a managerial position, as it is currently the only sales role in the region, but sales representatives for the individual service lines are on the cards going forward.

As such, someone who has already managed a sales team would likely be given preference.


This role would suit a Sales Executive who has a minimum of 5 years' experience in high value B2B sales in the services environment and a stable career track record.

Although you will expected to sell various services which the client offers, experience in either security / guarding sales, cleaning or hygiene sales or pest control will be considered.
