We are in search of a skilled, professional Recruitment Consultant to join our Cape Town team, a high-energy individual with drive and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment recruiting blue-collar (bulk).


Duties include:


Sourcing

Screening

  • Perform prescreening calls to analyse applicants' skills, abilities, and cultural fit.

Selecting

  • MIE checks
  • Management of timesheet and employee numbers
  • Coordinate with Hiring Managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs to build a talent pipeline geared towards fulfilling these requirements.

years BULK Recruitment experience in temporary Employment Services arena (beneficial)

  • Matric
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and MS. Excel experience
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Clear criminal record
