Role Purpose/Business Unit:


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Performing Monthly critical controls
  • Reconcile FI Billing to transactions received for accurateness.
  • Perform Financial Monthend, Cash Management Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable.
  • Ensuring all FI & VOBILL files are received and loaded in prompt fashion to supply account managers with estimate
- billing for the day (Impact Guarantees required for large enterprises like Blue Label Telecoms).

  • Extracts and submits unreconciled transactions to PAMS, then applies reconciled transactions before the daily invoicing.
  • Investigate and resolve Escalated Incidents and Queries from Dealers, Financial Institutions & internal customers.
  • Perform root cause analysis and fixes on allocations for cash.
  • Investigate and Implement Billing and System Efficiencies.
  • Perform FI onboarding and testing.
  • Product creation for FI & NPPS Billing.
  • Perform BAU Functions (Unallocate Journals, Archiving).
  • Perform Functional Testing.
  • Reporting to Various Stakeholders.
  • Compile monthly Power BI Dashboard to Account Managers
  • Identify and advance any process improvements.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:


  • Grade 12/Matric is essential.
  • 3 year degree or diploma in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Post Grad Degree or Professional Qualification (advantageous).
  • Minimum of 35 years IT and Finance Implication experience (essential)
  • Financial ERP System 35 years experience (essential)
  • Advanced SQL skills (essential)
  • Query tools like, Aqua-Data, DBeaver (advantageous)
  • Office Word, Excel & Powerpoint skills (essential)
  • PowerBI, Qliksense or Quicksight (advantageous)
  • Agile experience (advantageous)
  • Experience in the IT/Telecommunications industry (advantageous)
