What you'll be doing

  • Providing excellent customer experiences at all time
  • Verifying and updating customer information
  • Proactively offering solutions to any issues or concerns that customers might face
  • Ownership of the customer experience and follow through
  • Working towards consistently achieving and exceeding set targets
  • Sharing knowledge and skills with other members of the team
  • Communicating new information that is relevant to the campaign to colleagues, customers and managersDeveloping and maintaining current knowledge of the campaign
  • Ensuring first contact resolution at all times
  • Protecting information security and taking responsibility for highlighting any issues that you are made aware of by using the correct processes

What you'll need

  • Matric
  • Clear criminal and credit record
  • Ability to comprehend complex customers queries
  • Working to a high degree of accuracy and speed
  • Outstanding administrative skills that covers planning, organizing and time management skills,
  • To be able to identify when to escalate customer queries and complaints timeously
  • Be able to pass all training modules during new hire and ongoing campaign training
  • High level of English proficiency
  • Computer literacy ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectively
  • Proven experience of delivering exceptional customer care
  • Results orientated with solution driven mentality
  • Positive attitude and motivated mindset
  • Quality of interaction
  • Availability work shifts in a 24/7 environment (Essential)
