Working on an exciting international travel campaign, you'll be based in our vibrant Durban office and become a part of a high-energy team of individuals, motivated to help customers feed their travel bug.

We are looking for a positive and bubbly, individual to join this dynamic team.

You'll need to be excellent at communicating with a can-do attitude and a passion for going the extra mile to ensure a job well done.

As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience at all times, offering proactive solutions to any issues or concerns our customers might face.

What you'll need

Matric
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Minimum 2 years' experience working in BPO or contact centre environment or 6 months' experience working in the travel industry
Results orientated with solution driven mentality
Ability to work weekends and in a shifted environment
Positive attitude and motivated mindset
Good credit and criminal record
High level of international geography knowledge
