Description

This is a permanent full-time role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in our Mount Edgecombe, South Africa office. This role is ideal for someone who has recruitment experience within the BPO space. You will be responsible for attracting the right culture fit and skill sets into the business using marketing and sourcing techniques.

The role includes the following responsibilities:

Managing the on site selection process & ensuring the criteria is effective
Conducting all on site selection processes
Reviewing the selection process on an ongoing basis
Working closely with other Inhouse Recruitment Consultants & Accredited Assessors to ensure best practice is achieved across all locations and a consistent recruitment approach is adhered to
Developing working relationships with the Operations Managers for each campaign to establish a clear understanding of their business requirements and challenges they face
Monitoring the effectiveness of the Recruitment onboarding process
Working closely with local recruitment agencies to ensure they are supporting the delivery of requirements in an effective manner
Develop strong and sustainable key internal relationships on site with other support functions such as Operations and L&D to support consistent ways of working
Local market place knowledge
Inputting new starter details onto various internal systems
Ensuring all relevant reporting mechanisms are updated regularly
Work with the other members of the overall recruitment team to look at continuous improvement and new ways of working
Provide any additional administrative support that is required to support the recruitment function
Ensuring trackers are updated on a weekly/ monthly basis
Reporting on departmental updates
Ensuring the ATS is updated on a daily basis
