Be the custodian of your portfolio of markets within the AMEE hub including day to day account and client management and the development and implementation of media plans.

Job Description:

Overarching

  • Develops and refines the skill sets foundational to the brand strategy discipline, data discovery, consumer research, cultural analysis, brand strategy, brief writing, development of creative work and the evaluation of its effectiveness
  • Shows the ability to consistently execute in the analysis, conception and execution of projects designed to deliver insights about the brand and the target
  • Develops collaborative relationships within the agency and partners
  • Shows initiative and tenacity in attacking assignments
  • Demonstrates and fosters a collaborative work environment in which ideas flourish
  • Effectively manages client's budget
Delivering a Brilliant Product 40%

  • Challenge and probe client brief and ensure complete clarity and agreement on client objectives
  • Develop great media plans in line with our Planning for People frameworks to achieve
  • Present confidently and with impact
  • Be accountable for excellent plan execution:
  • Analyse relevant data e.g. Post campaign reports and recommend and action required
  • Be accountable for delivering accurate and timely plans relentlessly aiming for excellence
  • Participate / ensure feedback in regular status updates to keep abreast of developments on your accounts
  • Know how to maximise use of Carat, DAN and industry tools
  • Be eyes and ears for client relationship escalate issues as they arise / as required

  • Understand financial targets and how this impacts on own role
  • Understand and help drive the Trading agenda
Collaboration

External, Internal, Media and stakeholder relationships 20%

  • Connect credibly with client and industry stakeholders to build strong relationships and deliver excellent client service
  • Attend and engage in meetings.
  • Know and understand the client, their business/brand, their customer, their industry, target customers and who their competitors are use to deliver innovative, ambitious client plans and service
  • Work with AD / Strategist to deliver Convergent strategy
Digital Transformation 15%

  • Help BUD to drive growth of Digital to at least 15% of Media Spend
  • Show continued improvement in digital to traditional spend ratio.
  • Take responsibility for your own skills and capability in the Digital arena, and upskill to the required standard through training initiatives.
Personal Goal 5%

  • Mobilisation
  • Take personal responsibility for own development, constantly striving to know and learn more
  • Understand financial targets and how this impacts on own role
  • Understand and 'live' Carat values and behaviours supporting team to work as 'One Carat'.
