RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Full warehouse function receiving, inventory control and dispatching
  • Manage warehouse team and in doing so, provide leadership and direction to ensure consistent high levels of service and quality for our customers
  • Problem solving on all shipment related issues
  • Receiving and booking in of inventory


  • Inventory management

  • Finished goods and raw materials
  • Supplier and vendor management and relationship building
  • Transport coordination, i.e., route planning
  • Oversee and manage customer invoicing
  • Delivery scheduling and mandates
  • Maintaining relevant documentation, i.e., receiving, shipping, handling, distribution and storage of all goods that come in and out of the warehouse
  • Reporting, i.e., stock variances
  • Manage inventory requisitions and issues
  • Warehouse housekeeping
  • Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse facility and operational readiness of all warehouse equipment.
  • Manage the raw material stores and debagging department
