Purpose of the Job
Manage Rolling Stock Manufacturing activities through 4 workshops: Subs, Car Body Shell, Fitting, and Testing. Ensure the delivery commitments On Time, On Quality, On Cost and On Safety

In this respect the person in charge complies with Ethics and Compliance policies.

Key responsibilities include the following:

Deliver production plan On Time, with expected Quality and Cost
Ensure the best environmental and EHS practices
Improve the processes and performance
Develop manufacturing and testing competencies
In collaboration with industrial team, improve or deploy new industrial means
Ensure APSYS deployment and maturity development

Supply Chain managers: Industrial Planning, Serial Production Coordinator, Logistic, Material Planner

Requirements:

Engineering degree in Operations or related
10 years of experience in Industrial or Manufacturing department management, on electronics, electrical or mechanical devices

Reports

10 direct reports, 450 indirect reports through 3 hierarchical level: Workshop Managers, Elementary Production Unit Managers, Blue Collars.
