Purpose of the Job
Manage Rolling Stock Manufacturing activities through 4 workshops: Subs, Car Body Shell, Fitting, and Testing. Ensure the delivery commitments On Time, On Quality, On Cost and On Safety
- In this respect the person in charge complies with Ethics and Compliance policies.
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Deliver production plan On Time, with expected Quality and Cost
- Ensure the best environmental and EHS practices
- Improve the processes and performance
- Develop manufacturing and testing competencies
- In collaboration with industrial team, improve or deploy new industrial means
- Ensure APSYS deployment and maturity development

- Industrialization managers: Manufacturing Engineering, CAPEX, Maintenance, Facility, Security
- Supply Chain managers: Industrial Planning, Serial Production Coordinator, Logistic, Material Planner

Requirements:
- Engineering degree in Operations or related
- 10 years of experience in Industrial or Manufacturing department management, on electronics, electrical or mechanical devices
Reports
- 10 direct reports, 450 indirect reports through 3 hierarchical level: Workshop Managers, Elementary Production Unit Managers, Blue Collars.
