To promote the brand, image, and services of the company so that maximum growth occurs through gaining new clients and contracts.


  • Required to manage all aspects of marketing, sales, and rentals, including sourcing, and securing new business, relationship management, database management, business presentations, workshops, and reports

Requirements:

  • Matric minimum.
  • Tertiary education in Sales & Marketing would be advantageous.
  • Minimum 5year sales experience in Hospitality / Timeshare Industry with proven track record.
  • Excellent communication, customer service & organization skills.
  • Ability to conduct presentations and meetings both professionally and with confidence.
  • Valid Driver's License and own transport.
  • Position includes travel.
  • Must be available to attend functions after hours.
  • Dynamic selfstarter with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Personality profile to match relevant skills.


  • Proficient in English

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with high level of dedication.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Marketing skills/experience on various media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Google, Etc.
