Description
Company consists of 2 divisions, namely the Farm operations near Delmas, and the Abattoir in Springs. On the farm maize and soya beans are cultivated, and a feedlot is operated with capacity for appr cattle.

The abattoir slaughter cattle and sell products locally and internationally.


Requirements:


  • CA (SA)
  • 5 years plus experience in CFO/FD role in FMCG or Manufacturing business with turnover R300m plus per annum
  • Managing team of 10 plus people
  • Efficient, organized, accurate.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Deadline oriented.
  • Hardworking and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Reliable own transport.

Purpose of role:

  • Financial Management and reporting,
  • Budgets and weekly forecasts,
  • Cashflow management
  • Inventory management,
  • IT Management
  • Strategic direction in collaboration with Operations and Marketing
  • Benchmarking and KPI management
  • Commercial contracts review, assess impact on business
  • Finance division management
