Position Summary:


The Sales & Marketing Director takes responsibility for developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans to drive impactful brand presence, attract customers and build-up partnership with external agencies and installation companies to achieve business goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute marketing strategy to drive market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Identify target markets, customer segments, and key value propositions to effectively position Skyworth's home energy solution services to customers.
  • Build partnership with banks, leasing companies and installation companies to create localized business model to secure market share within a target period of time.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital advertising, content marketing, social media, events, etc.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Leverage insights to identify market opportunities, develop differentiation strategies, and refine product positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross function teams including technical support, logistics and customer service to ensure execution of sales plan.
  • Establish reporting mechanism to communicate effectiveness of marketing initiatives and sales performance (revenue achievement) with executive team and adjust action plan accordingly to achieve marketing and sales KPI. Utilize datadriven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and sales strategies.

Qualification:


  • Bachelor degree in business development, marketing or relative fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development or sales, minimum 5 years of experience in solar energy industry.
  • Proven capability to establish and maintain a wide array of professional relationships and networks, including with the client, key partners, and other industry actors.
  • Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity; entrepreneurial, problemsolver, and decisive.
  • Strong track record of B2C solar energy product sales experience, and new business/market development experience is high preferred.
  • Extensive sales experience in air conditioner, water heater products which deeply engaged with installers is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and strategic thinking, and open minded to work in a fastpaced and multiculture environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skill
  • Accept domestic and international travel
