    Description
    beBee Professionals is looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join our team in Durban.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general information about our products and services.

    The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation.

    They should also have a good understanding of customer service principles and practices, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.


    The successful candidate should also have:

    • A minimum of two years' experience in a customer service role
    • A good understanding of customer service principles and practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • The ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
