Join our team as a Quality Control Administrator, where you'll play a crucial role in upholding the quality standards of all cellular devices repaired, exchanged, pre-assessed shipments, refurbished, or processed by our repairs workshop.
We're seeking an individual who is dedicated to maintaining high-quality work, possesses meticulous attention to detail, and fosters positive interactions with various departments within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control:
- Utilise quality control cellular test equipment/software proficiently.
- Conduct physical inspections on all repaired devices.
- Ensure all user information is cleared from each device.
- Accurately update information on the repair management system.
- Set and meet targets to ensure agreed turnaround time.
- Print test results for devices that pass the quality process.
- Test and grade all new stock received according to grading criteria.
- Prioritize highpriority tasks, handling escalated jobs with urgency.
- Control and account for device movement according to company procedures.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of cellular testing and functionalities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Matric (Grade 12) required.
- At least 612 months of related job experience.
- An "N" Qualification in Electronics would be advantageous.
- Computer literate (Windows, Microsoft Office).

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cape Town,
Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Cellular sales / repairs: 1 year (preferred)
