Careerbox is currently recruiting for an Australian insurance campaign for a target driven environment delivering Inbound Customer Service Support and Sales through service excellence to customers. To deliver best in class service by understanding the customer's needs and providing solutions to queries regarding Product information, New Business, Billing, Cancellations, Updating Customers details, Activations and General queries.

Job description

Support agents are required, through chat or voice, to resolve customers' queries.
Ensuring that each customer's request is attended to efficiently within required timeframes, and in accordance with business rules policies and procedures
Assist customers in registering sales and enquiries about the Insurance process
Lodgment of claims within the motor and home insurance industry.

Requirements:

Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
The ability to work well in a team

- problem solving skills

The most important rule in providing excellent customer service is to be friendly
Know your product or service and respond in a timely manner

Must Have

Matric
Reliable transport
Computer literacy
Able to work nightshift
3 to 6 months customer service (Does not have to be call centre)

Package & Remuneration

Basic of R5000 + commission
Nightshift allowance
