    We're looking for a visionary Digital Creative Director who is as passionate about the art of storytelling as they are about the science of CRM and digital technologies.

    Digital Creative Director


    As our Creative Director, you will lead our creative team (Art Direction, Copy, Concept, and Design), driving the fusion of art and technology to deliver ground-breaking campaigns.

    Your expertise in CRM, coupled with a solid background in either Art Direction, or Copywriting, will be pivotal in crafting personalized, impactful user experiences across all digital platforms.

    Responsibilities:


    Leadership:

    Lead the creative digital team to develop cutting-edge campaigns that blend creative technology and CRM strategies for impactful user experiences across digital channels.


    Creative Vision and Brand Cohesion:

    Uphold a unified creative vision across all digital touchpoints, ensuring content is consistent with the brand identity and resonates with the target audience.


    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, tech, and data teams to integrate CRM insights into personalized content creation and campaign optimization, enhancing engagement and conversion.

    Cultivate an environment that encourages creativity, experimentation, and ongoing professional development among team members.

    Storytelling and Visualization:
    Craft compelling narratives and visual representations to communicate effectively and present concepts to both internal teams and clients.

    Stay at the forefront of creative technology advancements, conducting research, and exploring new tools, platforms, and techniques to enhance the team's capabilities.


    Project Collaboration:

    Collaborate closely with designers, developers, data planners, strategists and other team members to ensure seamless integration of ideas, technologies, and artistic elements.


    Client Interaction:

    Engage in client interactions, actively seeking their input and feedback, while effectively communicating complex creative technology concepts in a clear and relatable manner.


    • End-to-end

    Creative Process Oversight:

    Oversee the entire creative process, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, are delivered on time, and within budget, while achieving or surpassing performance goals.

    Requirements



    • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role, with a portfolio that demonstrates a passion for merging creative with technology.
    • Strong background in Art Direction, Design, or Copywriting, with a deep understanding of digital marketing landscapes and CRM strategies.
    • Expertise in UI/UX principles, creative technology, and coding basics to guide and critique digital projects.
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of nurturing talent and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CRM software, and familiarity with web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
    • A strategic thinker with the ability to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
    • Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    • Coding experience is a plus
