This is a permanent full-time role as an Internal Communication & Engagement Executive in our Mount Edgecombe, South Africa office. Must have relevant communications, marketing or design qualification or at least 3-5 years experience in the role.

If you have experience in planning, developing and leading the implementation of inspiring and measurable Internal communications than this role is for you.

The role includes the following responsibilities:

Ensuring that the business strategy is understood and deployed to all employees.
Distribute and support with the creation of communication materials that promote and explain our vision, strategy and culture.
Supporting the Brand & Communications Manager in creation of effective, engaging and highquality communications for internal stakeholders at all levels
Responsible for planning, producing and measuring a range of internal communications and campaigns across a range of different communication tools
Coordination of Internal events (both remote and in the office) to drive employee engagement, aligning with IT & facilities regarding requirements to help manage logistics, including Leadership Team events.
Lead role in managing intranet & recognition platform site maps.
Write, research, and seek out news stories across the business and create multimedia assets for a range of digital platforms that raise employee awareness and engagement.

Pay:
R45,000.00 per month
