Job Summary:

Our client is a niche property management company offering world class services to a range of private and institutional clients.

Although they specialize in the commercial sector, they also manage a handful of retail shopping centres. They have operations throughout all major cities in South Africa.

With a recent vacancy in their Cape Town office, they are looking for a seasoned Portfolio Manager with a strong financial acumen and client management skills.

A role of this nature will have you responsible for new leases and negotiation thereof, lease renewals, liaising with brokers, viewings and developing leasing strategies.

Furthermore, you will be tasked with drafting budgets, loading new budgets, financial performance reporting, income variance reports and consistently reviewing operating costs.

Overseeing repairs, maintenance, property projects, debtors and creditors will also fall in your scope of work.
