An exciting opportunity exists for individuals with Customer Service and or Sales experience to join our organisation as Customer Care Multiskilled Agents.

The role will entail providing personalised solutions to customers, taking inbound calls and engaging telephonically with guests as a specialist in sales and reservations.

You will also be having conversations with customers to understand their needs, asking questions to ascertain the root cause of the issue, effectively using tools to respond to customer enquiries, including reservation requests, providing account/promotional information, handling service or stay related queries, concerns or complaints as well as performing an upselling function.

Shifts:
Between 13:00 and 08:00 in the morning, shifted 8 hours in-between; transport is provided for the unfavourable shifts. 5 days on 2 days off

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 1 year customer service experience; must have experience in sales or upselling, must be able to work shifts, must be criminal clear and a clean disciplinary record.
