Description

The purpose of the Customer Care is to satisfy all CLIENT contact-handling functions in support of all client defined Services, by engaging with the customer base through relationship building, first call resolution and exceptional service delivery.

Client Defined Services are:

any additional services provided requested from the CLIENT from time to time.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have matric

Must be credit and criminal clear

Must be willing to work night shift

Must have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience in the call centre or in retail.

Shifts
Able and willing to work in a rotational night shifted environment

24/7/365.

Predominantly night work as per the United States times and client requirements.

Transport
Transport is subsidised during unsociable hours 6pm - 6am.

Training - 2 weeks - R34 per hour = R5440

Production - R37 per hour = R5920
