Requirements:


  • A relevant Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years relevant experience
  • Computer literacy (MS Office package)
  • A valid Code EB drivers licence
Key Performance Areas

  • Provide a professional service with regard to project managing
Human Settlements controlled land and buildings for affordable

housing developments/projects

  • Perform a project coordination and oversight function to ensure
projects are in line with policy and procedure

  • Perform a project facilitating, planning and liaising function to
ensure projects are in line with policy and procedure

  • Provide a financial planning and reporting role to ensure budgets
and expenditure are in compliance

  • Collaborate with internal and external persons to meet property
management deliverables

  • Supervise and coordinate required deliverables by managing the
utilisation, productivity and performance of reporting personnel
