Detail:
- _Matric + Diploma/Degree in Marketing would be desirable_
- _Currently in a Management role with experience in the Clothing/Apparel Industry_
- _Primarily this is a new business development role in which you will grow the client's revenue base by targeting and developing new clients_
- _Responsible for the development and performance of all New Business Sales_
- _Developing, implementing and structuring New Business Sales processes_
- _Ensuring New Business monthly/quarterly sales targets and quotas are met/exceed as per the pre-determined sales targets_
- _Completing Tender Submissions for New Business customers_
- _Implementation, Management, monitoring and control of the CRM system_
- _Sales reporting - monthly sales reports, pipeline reports and pipeline analysis reports_
- _New Business customer updates_
- _Managing staff motivation, job satisfaction, mentoring and develop to ensure staff retention_
- _Managing reports directly_
- _Leadership and ability to drive sales teams_
- _Strong negotiation skills_
- _Own transport with valid drivers license_
