Role specifics:
Full-time, Internship


Hours of work:
Monday - Friday, 08:30 to 17:00


Daily Responsibilities:


  • Assist with implementation and setup of ESET events and local marketing activities (online and offline)
  • Assist our marketing Coordinator with campaigns, lunch and learns, ordering of ESET materials and other admin tasks
  • Ensure all promotional and branding material conforms to our brand guidelines
  • Conduct a monthly online competitor analysis and report back to ESET marketing manager
  • Assist in the design and execution of ESET SA marketing calendar
  • Assist marketing team with Idea generation and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to understand needs of our partners & report back to marketing
  • Support implementation of sales and marketing activities
  • Work on special projects to improve marketing skills from timetotime
  • Work with Marketing Manager to implement an ESET CSI/Sponsorship employee programme
  • Work with the marketing cocoordinator to identify promotional item needs and opportunities and ensure that stock takes are performed and always monitored. Assist with planning, ordering, and managing ESET Merchandise
  • Assist with factchecking and monitoring the content posted on ESET SA social media sites & assisting with content creation on these sites.
  • Assist in review and editing of ESET blog and newsletter.
  • Assist marketing manager with invoice collection and financial admin
  • Working closely with couriers for delivery/pickup of ESET collateral
  • Assist with organising of employee wellness activities.
  • Assisting with the ESET Rugby Suite and managing of tickets

Educational qualifications/Experience:


  • Preferably completing or have completed a degree in Marketing, Communication/English or Advertising.
  • A degree in Consumer Psychology could also be considered.

  • Creative skills are an advantage
