    Description

    Hire Resolve is currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Credit Administrator to join their team. The company is a well-established financial institution that offers financial solutions to clients. As a Credit Administrator, you will be responsible for managing credit applications, monitoring credit limits, and ensuring compliance with credit policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities

    • Process and review credit applications and supporting documents
    • Verify client information and perform credit checks
    • Monitor credit limits and ensure timely credit limit reviews
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve credit-related issues
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit records and files
    • Assist in the preparation of credit reports and presentations
    • Ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
    • Proven experience in credit administration or a similar role
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Good knowledge of credit policies and procedures
    • Proficient in using credit administration software and tools
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
