Customer Care Administrator Duties:

§  Receive inbound calls for the Group Customer Care or make outbound calls to consumers that sent their complaints via the company site/ via email/ telephonically.

§  Handled all Lion Match products /NSP Unsgaard /Prices Candles customer complaints (Lion Products, Cherubs, Comfitex, Duel, Loving Touch and all the house brands).

§  Captured all customer complaints on MFiles Corporate System.

§  Calmed upset / angry customers, researched and rapidly solved problems and rebuilt client trust to prevent the loss of the company’s image.

§  Dispatched consumer letters and vouchers sent via Post Office, ensuring consumers receive their reimbursement.

§  Dealt with Legal Department for any sensitive cases.
