    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver exceptional results by achieving sales targets and meeting strategic objectives within the portfolio.
    • Nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual benefit.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within assigned accounts, driving revenue growth and expansion.
    • Represent the full range of products and services to customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
    • Lead account planning cycles, ensuring customer needs and expectations are met through proactive and consultative approaches.
    • Effectively negotiate pricing within set guidelines to maximize profitability, balancing business objectives with customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular reviews with clients to analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement targeted strategies.
    • Ensure retention of customers and manage risk exposure through proactive and responsive account management practices.
    • Develop accurate reports on pipeline, growth opportunities, and account activity, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
    • Manage proposal presentations and RFP responses, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the public sector.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strategic relationships, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and consultative approach.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a strong emphasis on delivering results and driving growth.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
    • Solid understanding of account planning, customer profitability, and market trends, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry developments.
