We are looking for a skilled Data Capturer to support the project through direct service at facility level who will carry out data-related admin work, capture patient's files, generate defaulter reports, and compile monthly statistics.


Key Duties and Responsibilities
Capturing of information onto Internal systems

Ensure data captured is accurate.

Support staff on the and demand creation teams in community engagement activities.

Respect patient confidentiality always.

Support geolocational data capturing in the field for all points of interest.

Conduct regular data editing and updates as required.

Perform data quality control.

Reconcile data between all data sources used.

Perform any other relevant and reasonable tasks which may be required from time to time.

Maintain & Capture both paper-based documentation and electronic data systems as and when required.

Timely submission of leave requests

Timely submission of timesheets

Daily/ weekly submission of reports

Collate daily and weekly data and submit to our online system.

Verify all reported data against source documents.

Implement quality improvement strategies as guided by Management.

Ad Hoc Data Processing

Attend all relevant meetings and provide feedback.


Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required
Grade 12 Certificate

Computer literate

Be organized and have attention to detail.

Professional and a solution driven.

Maintain private and confidential information.
